With a strong eye for detail and passion for creating thoughtful spaces, Janela plays a key role in shaping projects from concept through completion while helping drive the continued growth of D Canlas Developments.

Marshal Singh leads acquisitions and operations at D Canlas Developments, targeting value-add retail, office and other commercial investments across the California regions and other good demographic areas. With nearly a decade in commercial real estate, he applies a sharp, disciplined, and conviction-driven approach to underwriting. His eye for the deal was further refined through direct mentorship alongside an investor with over $2 billion in Commercial transactions.

Marshal is among a new generation of commercial operators leading the integration of AI into every stage of the acquisition process. In an industry historically resistant to technology, his proprietary AI-powered platform allows D Canlas Developments to evaluate opportunities with a speed and depth that traditional operators can't match.

Targeting assets under 50,000 square feet and up to $15 million, backed by principal capital, multiple acquisitions within the last couple months speak for itself consistently hitting company KPIs.
